“Reiss helped us make a dream come true. At first, we were very hesitant to hire him to work on our machines due to his young age, the price, and the complexity of the work being carried out. But we had been stuck trying to get our scanners virtualized for the past three years and spent way too much time hand-developing our black and white film. So, after giving it some thought, we invited him over and certainly don’t regret it. 

We now have super-fast and super-stable fully virtualized scanners. This really helps to make our workflow easier and faster. On top of that, we got our Noritsu V30 converted to black and white, which allows us to now develop BW film at lightning speed. Our customers really appreciate this, and due to the gain in speed, we pretty much made our money back in only a couple of months of developing and scanning. 

What we really appreciated about working with Reiss is his knowledge of the machines he works on, his innovative approach and thought process, and his motivation. We hit a few complications during the work he carried out, and he always pushed through and found solutions. We really enjoyed working with him and hope we’ll be working together again in the future!
